Below is listed a set of rules you must follow if you wish to use my resources.


Stock Photographies and Textures :

1. You must credit ~MorganeLeFey-Stock in the artist comment of your derivative deviation.

2. You may use my photos/textures for any kind of derivative work which does not contradict the rules listed below.

3. You may not resubmit my photos/textures as stock.

4. You may not use my photos/textures for commercial purposes. Exceptions from this rule are allowed, but with my explicit agreement (see below "Commercial use")

5. You may not use my photos/textures outside deviantART without my written permission.

6. In the case of stock-photography you may not submit your derivative deviation in the "photography" category. (As you obviously didn't take the photo yourself)

Avatars and Author tags:

1. You may not use my avatars/author tags outside deviantART.

2. You must credit me in one of your journals.

3. You must the avatar/author tag, and it would be nice if you leave a comment too.

4. You may alter the avatar/author tag. In such case you must credit me again.

Commercial use:

While I do not allow commercial use of my photo/textures, exception from this rule may be made. You must follow however the below listed set of rules.

1. You must alter the photo/texture substantially.

1.1. Note that adjusting the saturation level/brightness balance/hue/etc., adding (a) filter/s, cropping parts of the photo/texture or similar does NOT qualify as alteration.

1.2 Textures may be used unaltered only in the case they're present as one of the layers.

2 .You must e-mail me and link to your derivative deviation on deviantART. If said deviation follows the above listed rules I will grant written permission (an e-mail stating the aforementioned from the official e-mail address I used to register on deviantART) to use my resources in commercial purposes.

Note that all my stock-photography, textures, avatars, author tags, etc. are under a Creative Commons licence.

I also take the liberty to change these rules at any time in the future.
